Right of Withdrawal

Who your contract is with

4seasons is sold through Lemon Squeezy, who act as the seller and merchant of record. Your contract of purchase is concluded with them, not with us. Payment, invoicing, VAT, withdrawal and refunds are therefore handled by Lemon Squeezy and are subject to their buyer terms.

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because Lemon Squeezy is your contracting party, the right is exercised towards them: the notice required by law, the withdrawal period and the model withdrawal form are provided by Lemon Squeezy during checkout and in your order confirmation.

If you cannot get through

If Lemon Squeezy does not respond, write to us and we will help you get it sorted: info@wavtherapy.com. We cannot process the refund ourselves — the payment was not made to us — but we can chase it.
